Reservation and Deposit

A reservation becomes confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost at the time of booking.

The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the stay, according to the payment terms specified in the booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the 50% deposit payment may be refunded if the cancellation is notified at least 30 full days before the scheduled arrival date stated in the booking confirmation.

If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before arrival, no refund will be granted.

If guests arrive later than the scheduled arrival date or decide to leave before the planned departure date, unused nights will not be refunded.

Season & Stay Conditions

Mid- & Low Season (September to June)

• Arrival and departure possible on any day of the week

• Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, depending on availability

• Discounts available for stays of 5 nights or more

• Minimum stay: 2 nights (except during school holidays)

• Medium-length stays possible, with attractive long-stay discounts

High Season (July & August)

• Arrival and departure possible on any day of the week

• Minimum stay: 7 nights

• Discounts available for stays of 10 nights or more
